Is there an option to allow navigation keys to work with livegrid?  I'd 
like the home key to go to the top, end key to scroll the grid to the 
bottom, pageup and pagedown to scroll the grid one page and up/down 
arrow keys to scroll the grid one line.

In a long ago version of LiveGrid, I included such logic. But when I had 
multiple grids on a page, all of them would scroll at the same time when 
I hit an arrow key -- so I took the logic out. I haven't ever gone back 
to create a better implementation. If anyone has ideas, please post them 
here -- but I am looking for something that would work well with all of 
the LiveGrid examples included in the Rico distribution, including 
ex4.asp/aspx/php.
