All LiveGrid Plus examples have been converted to Rico 2.0 and are 
included in the Rico 2.0 Beta 1 download. Live versions are working at 
http://dowdybrown.com

In addition, I've added a new example: a working spreadsheet - complete 
with formulas, copy/paste, and formatting! It is Example 12 and is also 
posted at http://dowdybrown.com. Once in the demo, click the "?" button 
to get more detail about what is supported.
