Rico 2.0 really needs some documentation.  A wiki would be perfect 
(something like the xajax folks are doing).

I agree.

Rico has a great set of features, but it is close to impossible to 
figure out how to use it.

In my case, I am working with Live grid.  The options are numerous, and 
spread over several js files.  Additionally, there are settings that are 
not part of the default options and are completely undocumented.  Very 
frustrating.

I updated the Wiki to make it a place to document Rico 2.0 -- in the 
absence of alternatives. I preserved the LiveGrid Plus documentation, 
and marked it as such.

I hope that wasn't too presumptuous, and that I got my facts straight!

Made some more changes, tried to build it up a bit, make the layout
easier to follow. Started a page for Rico 2.0 LiveGrid with bits
scrounged from here and there. - disccomp
